Aerials (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
In this class, we teach you how to put the WOW in your swing. We work section by section in a safe and segmented class. This class focuses on all aspects of aerials, from timing to preps, technique adjustments and finally, mastering the acrobatic. This part of the workshop is truly fun and funny! There will be warm-up and a cool- down.

1. Partner is required, there will be no rotations. If you don’t have a partner, we will try our very best to find you one.
   
2. Dress recommendation: Wear comfortable training pants (stuff you wear to the gym) and sticky shoes like sneakers.
   
3. Open to all levels of swing dancers. Remember, you don’t have to be a pro to learn aerials, just need to act like one.

Pizza Party! (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Dips And Tricks (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
Put some zing into your swing! As opposed to aerials where you go in the air, in this class you will learn to work with the floor. Think of it as a “floorial.” Feet will always touch the floor, but you will learn partner-supported moves through balancing and counter-balancing. It can be a great tool to accentuate sections in the music! This class is segmented, and is done in a safe and slow environment. We treat floorials with the same respect we have for aerials.

2. Open to all levels of swing dancers.
