Here at ATOMIC we party every night! Whether you’re into Blues or Big Band or Ballroom, dancing at ATOMIC is a fantastic experience. We have it all when it comes to dancing. With lessons of every style and level going on all day every day, and evening parties every night to celebrate and practice what’s been learned, it’s a great place to be. Each night of the week is a fun night out. It’s a place to connect with old friends and make new ones, and learn a step or two along the way. Make sure to dance the night away every day of the week!

Saturday Night Ballroom
Always been curious to know where the ballroom crowd was on Saturday? Look no further Atomic is the place to be on Saturday night as it is one of the largest ballroom dances in Southern California! Our DJ's Doreen and Ken play a wide variety of great music! Our Saturday night ballroom party is a great place to dance on our large dance floor. Snacks are provided on our Saturday night party.

Swingin' Sock Hop
Tuesday's Swingin' Sock Hop is a great evening of swing dancing! Our Tuesday night DJ's Amber and Jofflyn play your favorites from the Swing era all the way to the Rock and Roll era! The floors are packed with great local dancers Want a little bit faster music? Our Shag and Balboa room is open every Tuesday up in the Loft starting off with DJ's Jeremy and Laura and ending with DJ Fred!

Salsa Atomica
Our Wednesday Salsa nights are a packed night of Latin dancing. Don't be surprised when you find those around not only dancing your classic style of Salsa, but Bachata, Cumbia, and even some Merengue ! Ranging from beginners to advanced dancers, this is always a great night to show off your new Salsa moves! Our resident Salsa DJ Corey spins your favorite classic tunes always mixes it up with some great new music!

Swingin' The Blues
Thursdays at Atomic Ballroom is where you go to get some soul into you! Put together a little piece of Lindy Hop and a little piece of West Coast Swing you have our Thursdays! Whether you dance Lindy Hop or West Coast Swing dancing to Blues and Soul here at Atomic is a blast! Help run by West Coast Swing and Lindy Hop Champion Ben Morris, come check out how you can dance swing to some Soul and Blues music!

Big Band Friday Nights
Our Big Bang Lindy Hop Swing dance on Friday nights is a night not to be missed! One of the busiest swing dances in all of Southern California. Want to slow it down a little bit? Dance to your favorite blues songs upstairs in the loft every Friday with the exception of the last Friday of the month. Be sure you come ready to dance as we go until 1:30 in the morning!
